Our Mission

At CPR Daily Training, our mission is to provide high-quality CPR training to individuals and organizations in Jacksonville Florida and nearby areas. We believe that everyone should have the knowledge and skills to save a life in an emergency situation.

Who needs CPR Certification

Everyone Needs CPR Certification

 Many jobs mandate CPR certification, often as a legal or regulatory requirement, to ensure trained individuals can respond effectively in emergencies. These include: 

  • Healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, paramedics, EMTs, dentists, physical therapists, etc.), who often need Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • First responders (police officers, firefighters, security personnel).
  • Educators and childcare providers (teachers, nannies, babysitters, school staff, camp counselors).
  • Fitness and sports professionals (personal trainers, coaches, referees, gym instructors).
  • Care providers for the elderly or individuals with special needs (home health aides, nursing home staff, social workers).
  • Aquatic instructors and lifeguards.
  • Transportation personnel (flight attendants, bus drivers).
  • High-risk workers (construction workers, electricians, manufacturing/mining personnel) due to hazardous work environments.
  • Other public-facing roles, such as hotel staff, front-desk medical office personnel, and event staff. 
  • You & your Family needs CPR Training, 75 to 85 percent of CPR performed out of the hospital is performed at home, train the children the skill of CPR incase you the parent goes into cardiac arrest so they can feel impowered to perform CPR.

Some classes are held at other nearby offices in  the Jacksonville area. Staff will inform you if location is different once you book.

The signs of cardiac arrest include sudden loss of responsiveness, absence of normal breathing, and no pulse or heartbeat. The person may also become pale or blue in color. 


If you notice these signs begin CPR immediately. 

Yes, CPR can be performed on a person who has drowned. In fact, drowning is one of the most common causes of cardiac arrest in children. It is important to start CPR as soon as possible to increase the chances of survival.

Check airway for  water before each breath , if you see water in the air way turn person on their side to remove excess than return to CPR.

The recommended compression-to-breath ratio for CPR is 30 compressions to 2 breaths. This ratio should be maintained until help arrives or the person starts breathing normally.
